1. Delivery Timeframes

• Inside Kathmandu Valley:
  • 📦 Delivery within 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation.
• Outside Kathmandu Valley (Major Cities & Districts):
  • 🚚 Delivery within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and local courier accessibility.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation message/call along with tracking information once your package is dispatched.

3. Delivery Charges

• Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
• We regularly offer promotional Free Shipping on orders meeting specified criteria!
